Carol is a global C-suite change executive, who as Global Chief Inclusion Officer at Burson led culture transformation across 44 countries and 6,000 employees. Her work focuses on partnering with leaders to co-create change.
Her impact is externally recognised: she secured Burson’s recognition on the Seramount Inclusion Index as a Leading Inclusion company. She designed the award-winning “Destination Inclusion” learning journey, and partnered with UN Women on DEI in AI guidelines.
Carol has held board roles including as Chair of She Runs It and DEI tech start-ups. Her approach is grounded in organizational science, with her MSOD from Pepperdine and ICF coaching certification.
