Born in Peru, raised in Canada, and transplanted to the United States by love and ambition, Cecilia Jacob has always understood that people are the heart of any endeavor. As a Change Management Executive with more than 25 years of experience, she has built her career on one conviction: lasting business transformation is achieved through people.

Cecilia brings a rare gift for helping business leaders clarify what they truly want to accomplish, then delivering the executional excellence to make it real. At Yum Brands, she implemented people systems across thousands of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and KFC locations - reducing team member attrition from 200% to 110% while measurably improving customer service. Later she built the change management practice within Kimberly-Clark’s Global Business Services from scratch, and led the change implementation of a $5B divestiture.
