With over 20 years of global experience, James works at the intersection of strategy, organisational design, and behaviour - helping executive teams lead transformation that doesn't just launch, but sticks.

He founded Coppers Brook Group to focus on the gap between strategic intent and operational reality: the point where well-designed programmes stall, workforce capability lags, or culture quietly resists. Coppers Brook Group exists to close that gap.


James previously led BCW Change, a specialist team dedicated to the people side of large-scale transformation. He has partnered with C-suite leaders to design and deliver programmes where the stakes were high and the margin for error was low. James brings client-side experience from senior leadership roles at Starbucks and TomTom, and has cross-sector expertise spanning consumer brands, technology, healthcare, FMCG and government. He has lived and worked across Europe and the Middle East.
