Justin Kent

Justin Kent is an advisor to founders, CEOs and senior leaders, with over 25 years’ experience building and running businesses. He has founded and grown three recruitment and executive search firms, working closely with leadership teams across the UK and Middle East, particularly within corporate communications and professional services.

Alongside his commercial background, Justin holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change and brings a practical, grounded approach to supporting leaders through change. His work focuses on how decisions are made, how people respond under pressure, and how organisations translate strategy into action - especially as AI and new technologies reshape the way businesses operate.

As a member of the Advisory Board at Coppers Brook Group, Justin provides independent counsel on the people side of transformation, helping clients think clearly, navigate complexity and embed change that lasts.
